Goodbye Mat...

I never imagined that I will say good bye to you this soon. I never thought that one day, I will no longer see you. I never thought that one day... you'll leave me alone in this world. But I guess that's how it should be. I guess we all have to leave one day.

All my life, I've been alone and wandering. Never knowing what lies ahead... ready to explore to unexplored regions. I have friends but you're a stand out. You can tell me to stop... You had faith in me, in my capabilities... You made me strong.

Do you still remember the promise we made? We're gonna leave this place and work abroad to make our lives better and of our family. We even promised to finish our studies together. But I guess it's all useless now. There will no longer be a "we"... it will only be "me".

For sure, I will miss you Mat. I will miss the fun that we had... the dreams that we shared and the memories that we both have. To be honest, I feel betrayed because of all the people closest to you, I was the last to know. I feel betrayed because you left me here alone again and wandering...

But I guess, life has to go on. I thank you though for making me strong and for believing in me. I will continue our dreams... I will not fail... Soon, we will be together again... Good bye best friend! See you soon...

GoodBye Ilya

... Another friend will no longer be with us today... She bid goodbye to us just early this morning while we are having breakfast. I was just so shocked that I couldn't even react. I'm at a loss of words.

Ilya, has always been a good friend to me and the rest of the group. She's the "Russian Girl" to everyone. She's sweet, affectionate and genuine. It's just a sad thought to know that she will no longer be with us.

We have good memories with Ilya... The times when we used to buy "Starbucks" coffee together, eat together... and even share hopes and dreams... She may no longer be with us, unlike before... but she will remain part of our lives, part of wave 9. The friendship, tears, laughter and the times that we shared together will always be remembered and cherished...

Good byes are not forever... Maybe, God has other plans for her and all we could say is... Good luck and God bless my friend.

Sweet Lies...

Love… such a beautiful word. It speaks about a lot of things. Gives people a lot of hope… It makes people smile but it also break people’s heart. Love itself is a deception…

You can easily tell someone that you love him/her. However, what matters most is the real feeling of the person who told you that. I’ve been told a lot of times that they love me yet the they don’t. I’ve been deceived yet I still hope that they will really love me. The only people that I know they really love me are my family and my friends, regardless of what I’ve done and regardless of who I am.

But then again, "LOVE" may be the sweetest word one wishes to hear, it's also the sweetest lie one has spoken.I’ve learned my lessons the hard way… Now, I’m closing all my doors ‘coz I don’t want to be deceived once more.

But no matter how painful it may seem... Sooner or later, I will still look for love and hope to find it. I'm in no hurry because who knows what'll happen next.

RR's Birthay

October 19, Sunday... I am tired because of the day's work. Besides, I have to accompany a friend who's looking for a place to rent.

Hahaha... The blog is not about me. Well, I'm just so happy to be part of another celebration. That is, RR's birthday. As usual, birthdays won't be complete without beer and food... And guess what, we celebrated her birthday at "Gerry's Grill".

Most of the wave mates came to celebrate her birthday. Among the surviving wave, only Lester and Cali failed to join us. We also called Mon and Arthur but both failed to come.

As always, we talked about our calls... Enjoying each and every moment that we shared together as friends. This is just few of the events I am sure, each and every one of us will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Sad to say, because only 1 photo was taken... Anyway, here is a bit of reminder on that very special day...

Internet Cafe, Coffee machine... What's Next?

Great News!

TP-Sucat's internet station is now available for all to use. However, to cater the number of agents who wants to use the internet versus the number of stations, each agent is only allowed 1 hour of free access. Well, it's better than use proxy server in your stations and being caught browsing unrelated websites right?

Anyways, here are the simple rules we all must follow:

Users who access the Internet and other electronic services in the Breakroom computers are responsible for using them in an ethical, legal, and considerate manner.

Prohibited use of computers includes, but is not limited to :

* Engaging in any activity the is deliberately offensive or creates an intimidating or hostile environment for the public or staff.
* Using the internet to transmit obscene, threatening, or harrassing materials
* Viewing, displaying, or printing explicit graphical imageswhich are in violation of the Company Policy and Philippine Laws.
* Damaging or destroying equipment, software, or date belonging to the company, any of it's programs, or others, including adding, altering, or deleting files in the worksations, hard drives, or other computer equipment, and propagating computer worm or viruses
* Violating computer system or network integrity, inclduing attempts to bypass network security functions, obtain passwords, or alter the configuration in the workstations in any way
* Violating copyright laws
* Using the computers for any illegal purposes

(Thanks for the HR Department for all this Rules)

Wew! That's a lot!!! Anyway, while doing this blog, I happen to glance behind me and I saw that a cofee machine being installed... That's great news... Free coffee for the rest of the shift...

I also overheard that the gym is also coming... Well, then I guess they're really keeping their promises after all...

Enjoy guys but keep in mind that we are still bound by rules and regulations.

Personal Home Pages

wave9's Home Page - Road Runner Personal Home Pages

I'm not really computer savvy or techie enough to know a lot of things about the cyber world. The only computer lessons that I have was all about "Microsoft Office" specially MS Word and MS Excel which is essential for my course.

However, I am the type of person who believes that not everything that a person needs to know can be taught or learned inside the classroom. For example, one can learn the use of computer by just observing and asking questions.

Anyway, this homepage is not my very first homepage. To be honest, this is already the second homepage that I created. The reason why I created this page is that... I want to preserve memories... I want to remember things and be remembered even in simple ways.

This homepage contains and will contain all the pictures of our wavemates... I will post in the homepage some facts about each and every one of us, while this blog serves as our outlet to release the stress that we are feeling. After all, it's always a nice thought to relax, sit back and let whatever is on your mind float and come into existence.

I am proud of this homepage because this is not just mine but ours... This is not just for one person but for all of us and for the friendship that I intend to keep for the rest of my days.

Rose' Birthday

Rose, the virgin of the wave celebrated her birthday in her boarding house last October 8. Of course, we were invited by the birthday girl. Not all of us were there to celebrate the bithday though. A couple of us didn't make it. Besides, some of us still has to come to work later that night.

Anyways, as always, we had a great time. There's a lot of food and drink on the table. It's actually more than enough to feed the rest of the surviving wavemates. Hehehe... What's more? Well, we took pictures to preserve the memory we have with our friends.

We headed back to the office at around 10:30pm while leaving the other's there. We still have to prepare for work... We were supposed to render ATO and go back to the venue, however it did not materialize.

Well, it's ok anyway. We have the time of our lives... As they say... All's well that ends well...
